Accepting Concept Proposals

The Port of Friday Harbor is accepting concept proposals for land leases on selected parcels. Concept proposals will be evaluated by the Port of Friday Harbor Commission on January 11, 2023.

All concept proposals will be evaluated according to the lease policy below.

• Proposals may encompass all or portions of area A totaling 1 acre of Light industrial zoned land.
• Proposals may encompass all or portions of area B totaling 4 acres of Commercial zoned land.
